I'm only as sure as what I was told by the company. That said, for sure the float is air tight. If you've bought and sold shares here, you'd see what I mean. For example, if the B/A is at .001 X .0015, chances are you'll only get filled with just a few shares somewhere in between and will most likely have to wait for a seller before getting filled. If you put in an order to buy shares on the ask at .0015, chances are that once again you'll only get a few shares filled before the ask is bumped up and bumped up in all likelihood to .002
