I don't think so, IMHO. There is a difference between the Pinksheets and the OB's. While both on the OTC, the pinksheets are not even required to report any income and/or submit certain documents. It's almost set up to be a con every time. Can you tell me a pinksheet stock that is now trading as a reg indiced stock or changed to an OB?
I will NEVER buy into a pinksheet stock again. If Xsunx(not a pinksheet) pans out, I will potentially buy an OB stock again. Not until then though. Until that happens, my judgement is extremely wary of all OTC stocks. Especially, pinksheets!
Good luck with the low volume, can never sell your shares, Octillion. They are strictly an R&D company anyway(so they say). I would get out as soon as you can make a profit. Xsunx is alot further in their quest for sales and contracts. Xsunx should be a lot better purchase than Octillion. One thing is for sure though, the time is now for solar!
