Exactly... If it wasnt for BRGE (or whomever is selling through them) we'd be back up to .005 by now. It seems as if BRGE is intentionally trying to keep the price down. Thats why I dont think its the company diluting... I mean... If the company wanted to dilute to raise capital, they could just let the PPS rise and fall, on its own, and sell at a higher PPS. There would be no reason for the company to intentionally push down their own stocks PPS.
