Shamus, All that means is that the annual report demonstrating the officers of the corp to the state has not yet been filed. It is a commonly over looked item buy business. The charges an additional fee to halt the dissolution process.

however, there is a possiblity that intent is to dissolve the corporation. It is an easy way to do it, but not a time effective one and therefore not likely.
