post 1621 is regarding the LOI that WNSH has received from BUGS stating that BUGS wants to buy the 90% stake in Gaeacare that WNSH has ... not the R/M IMO

WNSH CEO mentioned R/M with nasdaq company trading between 7 and 10 USD so that rules out BUGS.

Anyway I'd rather see WNSH R/M with Nasdaq company then OTCBB company
