Ok I was a little confused on that cause i thought that a day trader was someone who buy and sells in one day 4 or more times in a 5 day period. Therefore if I did it 3 or less times I would not be classified as a day trader and would be able to do a few day trades and not have to have 25k in the account. Am I wrong about that or right?
