If you think you can do a better job, then run your own company. Otherwise, it's the easiest thing in the world sit back and do arm chair analysis who basically whine just about everything.
Anybody can do that. What most people cannot do is go out there in the real world nd run their own company. Takes guts and determination.
Brands, Ad agencies, Media companies, ect. don't give a lick about what web design techniques are used in building their mobile WAP site. The bottom line is that they pay the money and expect it to work.
