Obviously you've never travelled outside Mumbai. Not all of the world looks like the Jetson's live there and are full of new Mercedes and billion dollar wafer fabs.
I could show you areas outside Boston, that look like the industrial revolution was still going strong. Old, Dirty buildings. Same thing for Taiwan. Same thing for Fort Worth Texas as far as that goes.
