However, as I said, the amount on which the interests should be calculated, will not be Quarterly Balances, since I suspect McBride would try to reduce those as much as possible because of the filings, BUT a daily balance, which is much fairer to all concerned...
McBride should pay the same rate of interest that he would have paid, had he not been able to siphon SEVU's Cash... If the money was used to buy stocks, the interest would be much higher than if it was to buy a family home on a mortgage basis, for instance...
All of that will be determined in due course...
