Agreed! Selling out to GE would not be in the interests of BOCX shareholders, of which, Dr. Moro is one of the biggest.

Of course it could be daunting to just say NO to a corporate giant like GE. I'm sure GE could purchase all of BOCX shares on the open market with the money in their petty cash box.
