Proving reserves,ha; this area is rife with geo reports from the 50's I don't think there's been anything cataclysmic like earth movement to have caused the uranium to shift to another locale.
Imo, if Berman proves the value of the reserves too soon, and he has some dd that suggests that these claims have significant value, every prospector and minor in the world will be jumping at the claims. And, if Berman knows this, and want to build a significant portfolio of claims at the lowest possible price, why show his hand too soon?
