What the heck is going on? It looks like they are trying to run things up on "potential deals." It's the same old pinkie b.s.

1) Announce change in mgmt
2) Announce blockbuster deals in progress
3) Deals fail b/c they were unlikely in the first place
4) Announce new deal
5) Deal fails (PR failure or just don't say anything)
6) Repeat

I don't believe any of this.
