Apply a commercial rate of interest of say, 12% - that you would have had to pay, had you borrowed from a Lending Institution, like a Bank or Pawnbroker, depending on the Security provided and the purpose of the Loan - and you OWE SEVU an additional $88,000, approximately...
Ask Doug Bauer to explain, if you still have some difficulties with the concept... Of course, the calculations could and will be futher refined to Daily, instead of Quarterly Balances and you may end up owing more or less than $88,000...
One way or the other, I can assure you that you will be made to pay the $277,757 of Loans you NEVER paid back in Cash AND the Interests on your Loans that you owe SEVU and its Shareholders...
