A bank loan makes NO sense. RARELY does a non secure penny stock get a REAL loan and if WRNW was capable, they would not have needed to dilute by way of a 504.

The only company that ive seen get a REAL loan out of the popular O/G plays is NVMG. $5,000,000 @ 8% interest and escrow shares valued ABOVE the stocks PPS (.016).
