How about this scenario and I'm not the only one who is thinking this? Some large investors pushing the price down as low as they can (shaking out the weak) only to scoop up the shares at a ridiculous low prices. Why because they can and maybe they know news is coming. When the DKL merger is finalized the share price of NNSR should be . 10 on that news alone.

Good questions grantg2..

Facts are:

1 there is a tangible product
2 there is an intact merger

The real questions are:

1 What is holding up funding?
2 Why won't anyone commit to funding NNSR?
3 Is everything on hold until funding is achieved?
4 Are the units out for testing yet?

Your example is viable and could happen with NNSR with news.

The PPS is suffering because these questions need to be answered.
