A couple of Saturdays ago On the Bulls & Bears show, hosted by Brenda Buttner on the Fox News Channel, was a discussion on what is a good stock. One of the panel members made this statement. I'm paraphrasing here.
" If you own stock in a company who's only hope of profitablity is to be bought out, then that is not a good stock "
