That PR was back in early September. Since then there has been an increase in the OS that were shares issued to pay some debt.
There has been no dilution since mid-March and I don't think that there is any more planned at this point. Those shares prolly are all sold by now IMO and that is probably a big reason why the s/p is moving now.
