Joe it makes sense as Bign/Dogh has never mentioned that they wanted to merge with Tyeg. It been certain board members that brought that up. I am just glad they did something. Now we can move forward on the next subject the LOI closure. You got to love it when a plan comes together.

I expeced the same, but perhaps the name of the other company was as bad as BIGNs.

I kinda like the new moniker. Acurate and descriptive. A new name and symbol equals a new start and I sincerely hope this company starts acting like one or we will be flying the pinksheets Jolly Roger come August.
