There are afew folks around here that do very well trading shells.I'm scared to death of them myself. ICMH has an interesting chart and they haven't had any news out since october so I agree, their due. Might not be next week or maybe it will, who can tell the future. On news they could have a healthy run being at the bottom of such a deep 1/2 bowl shaped chart.

Results of Operations

The company ceased operaring in August 2002 and is in the process of seeking a buyer for the remainig public shell corporation. A comparison of results for tis period to any other would be meaningless.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

The company is unable to continue as a going concern.
