if you have a marging account at freetrade they wont bother you with 3 day hold. dont ask them about it. they will give you a diffrent answer but they let it go which is they dont hold it for 3 days with a margin account.
Dvon, with a margin a/c, this does not matter if you have $25k, you would not be bothered with the 3 days rule. For daytrades, I guess it is more complicated,
