I would have to agree with you on a buyout would be great at this point. However we will never be able to get any of the big names looking at our properties without a geo study. I am a long term holder and would love to ride the wave for a year or two, but if we want to get some movement on the price we need some things to come out in PR. I have a feeling though that we will get hit with to HUGE PR one right after another once the 504 is announced it is completed
