Chrispy1963, be careful;

IMO you are doing the 2nd worst form of due diligence anyone can do besides believing company-written Press Releases and investing based on them;

Talking to the CEO of a publicly-traded company.

So many posters have made the mistake of not only believing everything the CEO says but actually becoming the free mouthpiece for the company influencing others to believe in the cause. As painful as it is for some to come to grips with the notion; nothing this or any other publicly-traded company does business-wise will ever directly benefit shareholders. People should eventually stop "investing" according to business and learn to trade especially after being burnt time and time again by not being able to sell and only buy and average down. After talking with the CEO, it would almost seem as a betrayal to sell any personal stock holdings to some.

Boo hiss. How can you say that? Selling soda, buying breweries, assuming profits on sales, expanding to Japan and beyond HAS to make the stock go up, right?

Buyers vs. Sellers and what the company does with the stock is all that matters. Please accept this fact:

-Every penny (if any) made selling product goes to him, not shareholders.
-Every penny made off the licensing agreement that he made with himself goes to him, not shareholders.
-Every $100,000 he makes selling stock into Press Releases goes to him and is detrimental to shareholders.

WIN> WIN> WIN. As I've stated before, ordering product online may hurt those holding the stock as $$ must be generated to produce the stuff and stock may have to be sold to do it. Not knowing the 1st thing about the financial situation of RSHN, Rush Beverage Inc. (not RSHN) and all the companies supposedly involved in Rushnet further shows that other than products being available; nothing is really known about RSHN and most is an assumption based on Press Releases you should not believe and conversations with insiders.

Lastly, if you want to ask a tough question, inquire about Garden Beverage.

-The real-time Illinois Corporation search page states that Garden Beverage is not in Good Standing and their address is a home residence
-The real-time Illinois Corporation search page states that A1 Beverages is in Good Standing and located at 4433 S Springfield Ave in Chicago.
-The Business License search for the City of Chicago also shows A1 Beverage licensed to do business at 4433 S Springfield in Chicago. There is no business license for Garden Beverage in Chicago.
-There is a picture of a yellow truck that says "Garden Beverages" with the 4433 S Springfield address.

It needs to be clarified IMO. The real-time Illinois Corporation site would show within a few hours a Good Standing Certificate and a change of ownership at least.

Good luck. Don't fall in love.

Chris, I commend you once again on your work, great job!

Hey board, what does this statment mean? and Chris please elaborate on this statement if there was anything from Bob's tone that you heard when discussing this question....

"The Certification is scheduled to be complete by the 10th of May at the outside but cold happen before that date and that will assure us of no further dilution being needed."

Bob knows that money will be coming in once we receive the cert. IMO, orders are backed up (we've heard 3 days) but I believe, there's more. The money is coming down the pipeline, right now. "ASSURE US OF NO FURTHER DILUTION" Think about it.
