The float may be owned already........considering the float is all the o/s at 10.2mn........138 shares at .013 is odd. We been holding strong and who would waste their time with this?. What if this was all that is available at .013?...there can't be any dilution surrounding this stock. 138 shares is not enough to move it......5000 probably. I think it is tight and people just are not willing to give up their shares at this level..........overnight and this could literally go to .50 x 1.00 on a r/m.........it will happen.
