At least polar bears are real. It was simpler when GSCT's name was still Veridium and it shot up to over $ 0.30 without this silly shell game. Think what Kreisler has determined, is that it could be a better deal for him if he spun off " Carbon " instead of integrating it into Greenshift. I hope he comes to the same conclusion with GSCT and changes the name back to " Veridium "
Suspect it would have a very beneficial effect on the PPS.
As to Greenshift, I could care less if they wind up in the Antarctic and see penguins all day long.
Since Kreisler has a substantial personal interest financially in the outcome, I'll let you guess what the motivations are.
