Unless you know something I don't then maybe it's the ONLY deal they could get? This IS NIGERIA remember number one and number two Nicosan wasn't NAFDAC aproved at all. In fact Nicosan STILL isn't fully approved to keep it real. Big risk IMO for ANY financier I would say!!
