About 80% is the attorney's who try and micro-manage. I believe it's also true in this case. Could be the attorney's who work for CTTJ have been stung in the past regarding SEC/PinkSheets, and work overtime [stupid from our side] keeping their noses clean.

I agree, it's a bit to much if this scenario plays out...
