Here is an update on EXBX. Take note.

I'm expecting solid news anytime between now and the end of June. Lets watch to see if Exobox does what it said it would do in 2Q07.

Exobox also mentioned in the April 24, 2007 8-K about the Potential Funding of $25 Million from Starboard Capital and two Acquisitions expected to be completed in 2Q07~

Only one of the two acquistions was named in the 8-K. Mentisys, Inc., a software company was the one that was named.


1) Acquisition of Mentisys http://www.mentisys.com/ (a software company that has contracts with Citigroup) The Mentisys product line will be greatly enhanced by Exobox’s technology, allowing the Company to capitalize on Mentisys’s contacts and existing business relationships to quickly enter and develop new markets.

With only the Mentisys Acquisition that is mentioned in the 4/24/07 8-K, Exobox will have license agreements with Citigroup and other companies. Too, this deal will make Exobox partners with HP, Oracle, IBM, BEA.
