I don't think SFNN has too many shares outstanding if you compare it with other stocks trading on the OTC:BB. Once fundamentals are established,the real question is in who's hands the shares are and how subject to manipulation the company is by those with shares to use.
In the past and in my opinion there has been severe manipulation of this stock as it performed a "death spiral" from .034 last XMas to .008 some weeks ago. It seemed that the company management completely abdicated its fiduciary responsibility to shareholders by it's complete silence and lack of guidance.
Now I believe things have changed, including the "trading character" and pattern of the stock. And from this absurdly low price, there is no reason for SFNN to do anything but rise. If it doesn't it's because something is very rotten in Denmark. JMHO.
