Why its move so low is anyones guess. But i think while the stock was trying to push .005 the efforts were stalled by the lack of the release of the 2006 Final Numbers. There have been quite a few instances of overpromise & underdeliver as well that may have contributed to the slide. Also, shareholders have been kept silent as to who the Transfer Agent is, so their only way of esptabishing share count is thru the CEO & this is pink land so you need more than that source.

For the most part, the business looks promising year over year, but an AUDITED 2006 financial would certianly give a solid guage of where they stand. Will we get that - not likely, we're hopefull just to have the 2006 full year numbers in the next few weeks (CEO stated 'hopefully'today) but he's mentioned the release of these numbers since January & its yet to be seen. There seems no catlyst that can spark the stock, its had good news, by some regard great news, but I see that only something significant as a Audit may spark it.
