Look at Vonage(VG) when the news came out the other day about the lawsuit having a stay! I was in that and had a 37% increase in one day. Sold that sucker at .01 under HOD and shorted it the next day for a 10.84% gain on the short.
The best you can do is develop your own system and stick to it. It's when you start making changes to your "system" that you lose in the long term.
