I understand the trust issue. An assay can be perfectly valid, proper and correct, but people might not trust it if it doesn't have that stamp of approval from the Canadian government. That doesn't, in and of itself, imply that 43-101 compliant issuers are more trustworthy, or that non-compliant issuers are less trustworthy. But people make the simplifying assumptions, if you want to minimize risk in your investments, you go with the crowd. You can say that if a company does not use 43-101 then the market will treat them with skepticism. Fine. And knowing this, all large proven companies naturally issue 43-101 statements. And you can conclude that GPGD is not a large proven mining company. I accept that too. They aren't even a junior mining company. Hell, they aren't even a mining company. I've been trying to tell Alex this from the beginning (here was his reply http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15110747 ).
But you cannot say this company does not use 43-101 language therefore they don't have a valid, proper and correct assay. Assaying and reporting are two different things and if you were honest you would not confuse them.
You ask why, why, why all the time, and now you've got that clown Alex doing the same thing. I've told what I think, namely, that Mr. Rodriguez may not belong to a Canadian approved society of mining engineers, thus preventing GPGD from asserting that he is a "qualified person" in the strict language requirements of the Canadian National Instrument 43-101. I don't know for sure if that's the answer, but you can easily find out. You can easily get the answer to this and any other question you raise, but you don't. I have been begging someone to do some DD and nobody does, or if they do, they don't post it here. All you and Alex want to do is raise questions and doubts, and ignore the possible answers. Anything to avoid making an effort. Anybody can ask a question, but dammit must you wear us out asking the same question over and over, while you never raise a finger to find the answer for yourselves?
