Before making any final judgments on this man I for one would like to know the whole story, not just the one sentence version you linked to. He could be the biggest pedophile on the planet, but he could also be someone who hooked up with a willing individual in a bar where he could reasonably expect patrons to be of legal age, and got bitten because he didn't check I.D. Also, did you actually READ the disclaimer at the bottom about using the list to harass or intimidate?

The information in the Idaho sex offender registry is provided only for the purpose of protecting the public. It is not to be used for the purpose of harassing or intimidating anyone. A person who uses registry information to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to arrest and prosecution under section 18-8326 or 18-8413, Idaho Code.

Please educate me on how this has any bearing on his business transactions with PLNI? If it doesn't bear on the BUSINESS transaction, perhaps you should consult your lawyer before posting that again.
