My opinion.. Spinoff dnaprint pharm completely....
Let's say this: now dnaprint shares 600mil.
Dnaprint holders get a total of 3million shares in dnaprint pharm.
DNAPrint pharm goes public with 5.9mil shares at 15 per share.
If you have 1,000,000 shares you also get 5.000 dnaprint pharm shares too.
Dnaprint pharm goes public at 15per share..
Dnaprint takes 3.5mil top buy back dnaprint shares in the deal at .01 and uses 40 mil for funding ops....
Dnaprint ancestry is left with 300mil in shares or less..
A dnaprint holder now has 1,000,000 valued at 7,700.
if this can happen the same holder would then have $75,000 of dnaprint pharm and a few pennies on dnaprint pharm.
Say .03 on dnaprint shares.. That is $30,000 there..
Something like this is what I suspect..
Watch, we'll see...
First, like biofrontera, dnaprint pharm could issue bonds.
And dnaprint pharm would get completely spun off from dnaprint ancestry.
