LMAO...one verifyable fact does no such thing. It isn't related to the stock manipulation alleged by the OSC, nor the other PRs that have NOT been verified, nor the PRs that have been outright recinded.

Irregardless is not a word. The E&Y report was created from a Sulja PR that was created before Sluja informed us not to rely on any of their previous PRs. Therefore the E&Y report does not say anything about Sulja no longer being a scam.

The E&Y report says nothing about Sams being owned by Sulja Nevada (the publicly traded company that was used for stock manipulation).
