Without thinking too much of any future buy-outs, I continue to hold large[for me] positions in MEDX[~50% return], AMLN[>500% return], ISIS, MLNM, XOMA, CEPH[>700%], IMCL[~1000% return], GNVC, ALTH, PPHM, GILD[~2600% return] and a number of others, e.g. ALKS, ALNY, DSCO, ELN, RPRX, VRTX, INSM, SGEN, IMGN, IDMI, ROSG, GTCB, IDEV.

I too am searching for cos. that now are in a position ~ to those I bought in late 90s and early 2000s. Gets tougher as years go by.
