I'm only replying to your nonsense. I've looked into the NI 43-101 issue now, I read the regulation and contacted the BCSC about it. The regulation is all about dotting the i's and crossing the t's, what words you can use, etc. It's more about using a standard english than it is about using standard mining practices. There is one issue that I'm not sure of, it may be that they can't make the claim that Mr. Rodriguez is a "capable person", in which case the 43-101 report won't be accepted and so there is no point in writing out the report.
