No one is denying the dilution that now has been reported in filings sekrah. All we are saying is that the dilution was accompanied by short selling. The OTCBB does not account for short interest that has been netted or desked.
Please provide a link to the Megan's Law registration, not the police data base. My understanding is that the person was 17 YO and not a Megans law registrant. If you can post a link I would appreciate it.
We have gone round and round on the 64.8B shares there are two schools of thought on what the offer represents. We await the formal filing.
On the contraty, I believe that the OS was in the 8.5B share range near march 30th, and I posted the rationale for that here.
