Good time to repost. Many seem to have already forgotten about this. With the increase in A/S some have sold, others are saying/thinking that the ride up will now take twice as long. Yes, it is important to know about the increase in A/S but lets say they did not increase the A/S and did not take a controlling interest in Team. MAYBE better very short term but i will take the increase in A/S along with the purchase of Team so they can better position themselves for the future. Isn't Team going to be able to help get all of that oil out of the ground quicker and cheaper? Won't that help to increase the sp significantly?
If they increased A/S without any acquisition, insider position, oil in the ground, M&A attorney, very oversold then i would be concerned but for those that have sold just because of the increase in A/S- seems to be shortsighted imo.
