AJ I have to disagree with your worst case scenario. Sorry bud, but if this merger is complete .05 will never be seen imo. So far it looks as though a 1 billion OS is the highest prediction so far, and even with that OS .05 is very unlikely imo. I'm not passing out koolaid, but .05 is just not even in the picture post merger.......IMO
