SA, with SFNN, who is good with the weekly chart analysis on this board...Last 3 weeks look to have seen a mood change...Looking like some new buyers started establishing positions about 3 weeks ago and may be adding each week...Changing the hands of a 115 to 125 million float shouldn't take a long time, should it?...TIA..LJ
