HILL is staying on bid at 0,07. That means they are offering 0.07 to buy shares from you. not to sell you these shares for 0.07.

Yes, I am out of this teenager called vicepresident.
Quaterly report is due now 4,5 months.
They do not own any well of their PRs and they as well do not operate any of these wells. I was following this company from August so it took me longer time than to guppy to quit.
I can get back if something will change. But first half of 2007 is very important for pink sheet stocks and BFDE is losing here everything. From thousands of stocks they will be classified as the ones of the lowest credit. This is not considered now by investors as a stock to invest in for long. Even not for speculation. The conclusion is - this is dead stock. And one PR will hardly change this. Only huge one with facts.

I have some money in PUDC - entry at 1.67
and HMGP - entry at 0,36.
Be sure I will get the money which have been stolen from me by Paine back. The first step to do it was quiting BFDE.

I strongly recommend to everybody. Do not buy BFDE unless they open their cards. They were lying till now. Now they stopped lying as they are afraid of more strict policy of SEC.
Since January they are silent therefor.

I feel huge relief I am out and I am so upset to myself I have not quit earlier. Good lesson. As guppy said.

Whoever cares, just do announce them to SEC to start investigations. They were pretending THEY DO all drilling....in THEIR OWN wells...

I will follow this stock anyway. I had so strong belive in it for so long that I cannot forget it... :)
