Well what you do igster is to announce is announce the contract ( or other pice of good news) and THEN the increase in AS/OS and the dilution. NOT the other way about. If you announce an increase in AS without any CLEARLY DEFINED PURPOSE people assume the worst. That is basic corporate finance 101 that any rookie banker could tell you.

This makes me wonder who these people are using for advise- if anyone??? or whether they have more of a need for $$ than we know?? or whether they just plain don't understand the markets and how they function.

Time will tell.
