You are missing the point on NNRF its doesn’t matter what lies SL said they will keep doing what they do .
You ignore completely from the mount of Short /naked short on NNRF in such a short period of time and it will have the negative affect on NNRF what ever you like it or not.
I understand your frustration and I agree with you 100% but its PK stock by SEC rules there obligation to report any consistent filing is very pure and it’s difficult for traders to anticipate there grow, I can Say the biggest manipulation comes on PK stocks its more easy for a group to play with it, do to a lack of inspection (That’s why I try to avoid them and play them for very short period of time).
You say “why does the SEC allow them to print such lies “and I say what you expect form toes same people that deny there is a naked short problem on the market?
I can say why not they are doing nothing about all those pumpers? This is much bigger problem IMO .
By last week there where 1.6 mil stocks been short/naked on NNRF and you can see the last 2 PR didn’t help much, show you there is a short problem on NNRF and even support/resistant sometime don’t help..
But that’s the game on PK/OTC stocks and it’s a risky game and no one is immune.
Any group that want to take down a stock on the penny can do it easily, with no big interference.
I got screw so many times by bad groups that ruing good trends on pure lies but this is the market we play.
But trust me sitting and doing nothing is not my style if they come after my stock and I loss money on there manipulation I wont sit doing nothing, ask j. Lebed he wont mess with me any more .
