I think the thing to watch for tomorrow is volume. If it is weak again, and the pps increases slow down, I think there will be sellers from the 3s and 4s earlier this week. Obviously there will be some of you to support bid and keep it from dipping too low, but without large buying at the ask, I think we will be trading sideways and close in this 50-55 range again.
Another thing I noticed about the nasty .0005 spread is that it slows the buying at the ask ALOT, unless there is big momentum (like from a good PR). Otherwise traders look for an oppurtunity to get filled in the spread and not at the ask when buying. I don't think those buys in the spread put as much upward pressure on the stock price as at the ask.
Another thing to consider, it does appear sometimes that we move up or down on certain days independent of volume. Today, nothing was special (no offense to all of you ask-slappers and bid supporters. you are all special to me :-) about the buying volume(there was less selling though). To me it just seems like MMS say "today we will go up if there is some reasonable buying." or the other way around.
I don't know.
Maybe I should stop watching level2 and time and sales. It is messing with my head.
