Yep, and they basically had a courthouse steps settlement. It was set for trial in May.

Well, FORG has survived the Summary Judgments. Could be a courthouse steps settlement, or they may take it through to judgment. Federal judges normally give one last URGE for the parties to settle right at the time of trial. Never know what will happen. Not my kind of gamble right now though, but I appreciate the heads up on it. I'll keep it on my radar for any developments.
