I spoke with Denny a couple weeks ago and understood from him that the JV was going well with no major issues holding it up. At that time, they were working on marketing details as the final piece to the puzzle. I anticipate there will be an announcement soon re: the completion of the JV with a marketing campaign rollout and anticipated revs. The last call with Marc and Stewart, if I recall corectly, estimated a May/June time frame for this. We are almost there.
