2. formation of an advisory board to aid in the turn around of the company

3. settlement of major debts of company in an effort to forward the newly agreesive business plan

4. selling off oil of current projects as they prepare to put new wells on line

Calling yourself the proven verifiable DD guy does not make it so. Many here have done their own DD and that's why they're here! Have you noticed all the new people climbing aboard the TNOG train?

You've always seemed fascinated by the 'pain' of longs, and in the past you've also shown plenty of contempt for them. Still, many TNOG longs now have doubles and are feeling just peachy, thank you. When they feel positively euphoric, that might be the time to sell, but that time is not here yet. In reality it's probably the bashers and shorts who are feeling the pain in situations like these. Wouldn't you agree that pain and elation should be kept at bay when trading pink sheet stocks? Don't get emotional about stocks. Claiming longs are in pain is an emotional appeal on your part.

Novak has backed many successful and legitimate companies including most recently TRGD. So lay off the Clayton bashing--he's a good guy.
