There is only one rule I'm looking forward to seeing the change...
the naked short rule...
Image, if SEC really will go after all the historical naked short, then that means no matter what stock I own or buy.. we are going to see a short squeeze.
However, you can also imagine the result... the MMs will either go bankrupt, or the investors aren't really getting what they want... because not all the MMs do naked shorting... sometimes, it's just the companies are doing dilution.
That means, we have to find the few companies with large short position now, when SEC announce the rules, should we all jump in those stocks...?
