The "proof in the pudding" will be when the new trading platform is succesful! When they can prove that US shareholders can purchase PDR's , whether it be through sending their certs or just buying on line through HSBC , and getting a large profit! Then the PPS will sky rocket to just under the going rate on the new PDR exchange.
