Thanks kodiak and luxytx that is the email address I used yesterday morning and I just checked the law suit list and I'm not there any suggestions

It is NOT giving all the names! 2 family members, both who HAVE received the lawsuit, are NOT ON THE LIST! Furthermore, we as well as another family member, both who are very large shareholders, are NOT ON THE LIST and have NOT BEEN FROM DAY 1! We all have the shares in Ameritrade. This is totally bizarre!

Which link is it? I looked yesterday and it had the names there for the lawsuit filed 4/11. Didn't see my name there today. So is that the complete list?
